MinLish

Terms of Service

Effective date: September 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MinLish, a vocabulary learning application operated by Kmin. By creating an account or using MinLish, you agree to these Terms. If you are using MinLish on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

1. The service

MinLish helps you build and review English vocabulary using flashcards and spaced repetition. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • Tell us right away at support@kmin.edu.vn if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Add illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content to any vocabulary set
  • Add spam, advertising, or content unrelated to language learning to the shared vocabulary bank
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service, or interfere with other users' access
  • Use another person's account without permission
  • Misuse the AI-assisted suggestion feature to generate content unrelated to vocabulary learning

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content and the shared vocabulary bank

You retain ownership of the vocabulary sets, notes, and other content you create. Word content you add (word, meaning, examples, collocations, related words, image) is stored in a bank shared with other MinLish users, and by submitting it you grant other users a license to view and reuse that word content within the app. Your personal notes and review history are never shared.

You are responsible for making sure content you add doesn't infringe someone else's copyright or other rights.

5. Termination

You may stop using MinLish at any time and request account deletion by contacting support@kmin.edu.vn. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

6. Disclaimer

MinLish is provided “as is”, as a learning aid. We don't guarantee any particular exam score, learning outcome, or that the service will always be available or error-free. AI-generated suggestions may occasionally be inaccurate — review them before saving.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kmin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MinLish. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continuing to use MinLish after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
